Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

Kevin Bitter is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, bringing extensive experience partnering with executive leadership to drive corporate strategy, capital formation, and business development in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has supported the raising of over $500M in financings and the execution of multiple strategic partnerships, including two completed M&A transactions.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Opthea, where he led portfolio strategy, business development, and corporate communications to advance the company’s lead Phase 3 clinical program. Kevin holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.
